1. Ujjwal, tell us a little bit about your practice. My practice is built for people who operate at full speed but are overwhelmed; physicians, high-performing professionals, and families navigating high-stakes transitions. I offer evidence-based psychiatry with a whole-person lens: medication, therapy, sleep, nutrition, and practical coaching strategies that actually work in real life. I've been an executive at publicly traded, billion-dollar companies and an academic at world class hospitals which provides me with the realities on both sides of the equation. 

I also specialize in teens and young adults under pressure, families raising children with autism, and South Asian families balancing multiple cultural worlds. Care is private-pay and intentionally selective, so it stays discreet, responsive, and deeply personalized. Many clinicians refer patients who are stuck, overwhelmed, or not reaching their full potential and they often reach out for their own care too.

2. Why are you so passionate about being independent? Independence gives me the freedom to practice medicine the way it was meant to be; unrushed, thoughtful, and built on trust. No hospital algorithms. No productivity quotas. Full independence to refer to trusted colleagues where I know patients will get the best care. It lets me deliver the kind of care I’d want for my own family: high-quality, collaborative, and centered on long-term well-being.
